I have worked in the media industry for 25 years in sales, management, strategic planning, and leadership. My desire to pursue my ultimate spark in life moved me to leave the industry and start my own company supporting businesses and individuals with what I feel is the key to lasting results. Lori Bainum & Co. has been supporting successful enterprises for 15 years. We at LBCO discovered early on that great ideas and plans go bust if we do not focus on who will be performing the tasks. It is quite common that people do not receive the guidance, development, training, and coaching to help them live up to their potential. We appreciate everyone for what they offer, we'll bring a deep understanding and plan for best practices in dealing with each other in the workplace.
