Retailer Membership

Independent Retailers: To qualify as a retailer, you must be primarily engaged in the independent retailing of nutritional products from a self-contained store(s), where a minimum of 75 percent of the gross sales consists of nutritional foods, food supplements and related items.

(Note: Any retailer who engages in the retail sale of private-label merchandise bearing labels with the words "distributed by" shall not be construed as a "distributor" or "wholesaler/jobber," unless the retailer sells such private-label merchandise to other retailers for a profit.)

All dues are non-refundable.

    *In the case of an individual, partnership, or corporation retailer member owning and operating more than one (1) store, additional annual dues must be paid per the dues schedule established by the Board. Such additional store or stores shall be entitled to full membership privileges except that such individual, partnership or corporation shall be limited to one (1) vote in Association meetings, regardless of the number of stores owned & operated by it.

Your automatic payment plan will remain in effect unless and until you give written notice of termination to us at the address or Fax listed above and we have a reasonable opportunity to act on that notice or until you timely notify your bank. Dues are non-refundable.
